The terms that apply when you browse ellecup.org, place an order or contact Elle International for reusable period care.
Online purchases
Product prices, availability and delivery information are shown on the website and checkout before payment. Orders are confirmed once payment and order details are accepted.
- Elle International may contact you if order details need to be corrected before dispatch.
- Product images and descriptions are provided to help you choose, but colour and packaging may vary slightly.
- Use the fit guide or contact support before ordering if you are unsure which product is suitable.
No product returns
Product returns and exchanges are not accepted for Elle reusable period care, underwear and intimate hygiene products.
- No change-of-mind, fit-preference or hygiene-related returns are allowed.
- For damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries, contact info@ellecup.org within 7 days.
- Elle International will review confirmed order issues and advise the next step.
