Delivery within South Africa
Orders of R850 or more qualify for free South African shipping. Standard delivery is R100 for qualifying totals below R850. The free-delivery threshold is calculated after discounts. The final charge is shown before payment. Local pickup is currently disabled.
Orders are dispatched within 2–5 days after payment. Courier delivery time is additional to this dispatch period.
If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before buying so we can confirm availability and delivery arrangements.
No discretionary returns or size exchanges
These are intimate products. We do not accept discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or a different style preference.
Check the style, size and quantity of every item before payment. If you are unsure about fit, ask us before ordering.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
If an item is faulty, arrives damaged, or differs from what you ordered, contact info@ellecup.org with your order number and a description of the problem. Please do not send personal health information.
This policy does not limit any return, refund or other remedy required by applicable South African law.
