Who operates the store
ElleCup is the online store at ellecup.org operated by Elle International NPC, a South African non-profit company, registration number 2017/118607/08. Customer support is by email only. Customer and privacy enquiries can be sent to info@ellecup.org.
Choosing products and sizes
Read the product description and supplied instructions before ordering. Check every style, size and quantity. If you are unsure about fit or suitability, contact us before buying. Educational content on this website does not replace personal medical advice.
Photographs illustrate the products; appearance may vary with screen settings. Availability is checked when you add items and at checkout. Adding an item to a basket does not complete a purchase.
Prices, Kits and discounts
Prices are shown in South African rand. The order summary shows the items, discounts and delivery charge before payment.
The three-pair period-underwear Kit is R999 and the five-pair Kit is R1,299. You may mix the offered styles and sizes. Select every pair in the Kit builder. The Kit price already includes its quantity saving; any further promotion applies only where checkout confirms it is eligible. The final displayed order total is the amount submitted for payment.
Placing and paying for an order
You can check out as a guest. Provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before submitting payment. Payment is handled by the method selected at checkout under that provider's terms. Keep your order reference and contact us if payment and order status appear inconsistent.
If a paid item cannot be supplied, we will contact you about an appropriate remedy under applicable law. We will not substitute another size or style without your agreement.
Delivery
Delivery is offered within South Africa. Standard delivery is R100. Orders with a qualifying merchandise total of R850 or more after discounts qualify for free delivery. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout. Local pickup is not currently offered through checkout.
If you need an order by a particular date, contact us before purchase. Dispatch takes place within 2–5 days after payment. Courier delivery time is additional. A preferred date entered on a quotation form is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns, exchanges and statutory remedies
These are intimate products. We do not offer discretionary returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size chosen by the customer or a different style preference. Check selections carefully and ask for fit help before buying.
If goods are faulty, arrive damaged or differ from the order, contact us with your order reference and the problem. Nothing in these terms excludes a return, repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. See Delivery & returns.
School and wholesale quotations
The wholesale minimum is 50 pairs in one size and one style per order group. Different sizes or styles require separate groups meeting that minimum. Submitting a quotation request does not place an order or charge you. Price, availability, payment and delivery arrangements are confirmed by quotation before an order proceeds.
Accounts, communications and privacy
Protect your login details if you use an account. Do not submit payment passwords, one-time passwords or unnecessary personal health information in messages. Promotional email is optional and separate from service communications about an order. See our privacy notice for how information is handled.
Using the website
Do not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or try to access another person's account or order. Website content and brand materials may not be reused beyond permissions granted by their owner or applicable law. Third-party links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Contact info@ellecup.org so we can review an order or service concern. These terms are governed by South African law and do not restrict mandatory consumer protections or access to an appropriate regulator, ombud or court.
