Clear delivery and support terms for ElleCup, ElleFlow, ElleDisc and reusable period care orders placed on ellecup.org.
South African shipping
Elle International ships online orders within South Africa. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier timing.
- Free South African shipping applies to orders over R650.
- Orders below the free-shipping threshold use a flat courier fee shown at checkout before payment.
- Delivery details and tracking are sent using the contact details supplied at checkout.
Product returns are not accepted
Because Elle products include reusable period care, underwear and intimate hygiene items, product returns and exchanges are not allowed.
- Please check product sizing, flow level and fit guidance before completing your order.
- Products cannot be returned for change of mind, fit preference, opened packaging or hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs do not apply because product returns are not accepted.
Damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact Elle International within 7 days of delivery so the team can review and resolve the issue.
- Email info@ellecup.org with your order number and clear photos.
- Elle International may arrange a replacement, refund or other resolution for confirmed order issues.
- Do not send any product back unless Elle International support asks you to do so.
